年 Rumblings of a CEO #1 Behavior Beats Hype
Everyone’s asking what AI can do.
Wrong starting point.
It reminds me of Santa — arguably the greatest marketing engine ever invented:
a story so sticky people stop questioning the mechanics.
Same vibe with a lot of AI talk.
The better question is:
what do humans already do when something actually matters?
One behavior kept slapping us in the face:
People forward things when intent is high.
Yes — people also send random crap when they’re bored.

That’s noise. That’s dopamine. That’s the feed.
But the stuff that matters shows up differently:
· it’s forwarded with purpose
· it carries context
· and it usually comes with that internal “don’t lose this” feeling
Most AI products try to train humans. That’s adorable..
We decided to respect existing behavior — and separate signal from noise.
That’s the whole game.
