Everyone’s asking what AI can do. Wrong starting point. It reminds me of Santa — arguably the greatest marketing engine ever invented: a story so sticky people stop questioning the mechanics. Same vibe with a lot of AI talk. The better question is: what do humans already do when something actually matters?
